According to the data released by the China Electric Vehicle Association of Hundreds of People in 2018, the production and sales of new energy vehicles in China reached 794,000 and 777,000 respectively in 2017, up 53.8% and 53.3% year-on-year, reaching an all-time high. The contribution rate of new energy vehicles to the total output of automobiles increased to 2.74% in 2017. CAAC expects to sell more than 1 million new energy vehicles in the domestic market in 2018.

We will continue to expand the quota for the sale of electric vehicles and speed up the popularization and promotion of buses and taxis. At the same time, Wangang, Minister of Automation Science and Technology, will be issued in time: in terms of Finance and taxation, while resolving the withdrawal of financial subsidies for electric vehicles in 2020, the Ministry of Finance, the General Administration of Taxation, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Science and Technology will clearly extend the preferential measures for vehicle purchase tax, and at the same time, the automobile energy The incentive system will soon be completed. Policies are also needed to speed up the carbon trading system, support business innovation models and expand the share of new energy vehicles.
